How to Import Used Clothes from China
Importing used clothes from China normally starts with confirming your destination market, required products and container size. Belofy then prepares a suitable product mix and container plan, confirms the order, completes sorting and QC, prepares export documents, and loads the goods for shipment to the destination port.
Market Requirements
Tell us your destination country, destination port, and the product types your market needs — summer clothing, winter clothes, or home textiles. We will advise on the most suitable product mix and grade for your market.
Container Plan
Based on your requirements, Belofy prepares a full-container plan: product composition, bale weight, container type (20FT or 40HQ), estimated load weight, and EXW price. We provide this before you commit to an order.
Confirm Order
Once you approve the container plan and price, we confirm the order. A deposit is required to begin production. We will confirm the production schedule and expected loading date at this stage.
Sorting & QC
Our sorting team prepares your order according to the confirmed product mix and grade standard — TOP 1 or Grade B. Each bale is weighed, labelled, and photographed before packing. You receive bale photos for confirmation before loading.
Export Documents
Belofy prepares the applicable export and shipping documents according to the destination market and shipment requirements — including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, fumigation certificate, and other documents where applicable.
Container Loading & Shipment
Goods are loaded into the container at our Guangdong facility. We provide loading photos and the bill of lading after shipment. Ocean freight transit time varies by destination port.
