Shipping Documents for Used Clothing Export
Required shipping and export documents vary by destination country and shipment requirements. Belofy can prepare the applicable commercial and export documents for each container shipment.
Commercial Invoice
Issued by Belofy for each shipment. States the product description, quantity, unit price, total value, buyer and seller details, and payment terms.
Required for all shipmentsPacking List
Details the contents of each container: number of bales or sacks, individual weights, total gross weight, and marks and numbers.
Required for all shipmentsCertificate of Origin
Issued by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) or the China Chamber of Commerce. Certifies that the goods originate from China.
Required for most destination marketsFumigation Certificate
Certifies that the goods have been fumigated and disinfected prior to export, in accordance with destination country phytosanitary requirements.
Required for most destination marketsCertificate of Conformity (CoC)
Pre-shipment inspection certificate required by certain destination countries. Issued by an accredited inspection body. Indian customs may require this for certain HS codes — confirm with your licensed customs broker.

Electronic cargo tracking document used in certain trade corridors. Not typically required for India-bound shipments, but available on request if your freight forwarder or customs broker requires it.

Available for India and other markets requiring AZO complianceBill of Lading
Issued by the shipping line after container loading. Serves as the contract of carriage and document of title. Provided to the buyer after shipment.
